I started Universe Please after going through some of the most overwhelming seasons of my life. While navigating my mental health, I began learning how stress affects the body. The same things that helped me reconnect with myself, I wanted others to experience. This is a luxury wellness experience where your nervous system is the priority.

Hi, I'm Whitney... the founder of Universe Please.
This journey is deeply personal to me because the healing practices, nervous system support, and holistic wellness tools I share today are the same things that helped me through some of the hardest seasons of my own life. After serving in the Navy for nearly 10 years and being diagnosed with PTSD, I experienced firsthand how stress, emotional trauma, and burnout can deeply affect both the mind and the physical body.
I’ve also witnessed fellow shipmates and people close to my heart struggle through overwhelming emotional pain and turbulent times. Those experiences led me on my own healing journey, ultimately inspiring me to create Universe Please: a safe, intentional space where people can feel supported, seen, emotionally grounded, and empowered to reconnect with themselves through luxury holistic wellness.
